We are a family running Bricklink store. All items are parted out from new sets including minifgures, minifigure accessories, stickers, standard bricks & unique bricks. Our aim is to provide you with a wide range of Lego at competitive prices. Our customer service will always be at a high standard with swiftly responses to any queries you may have.

The following should provide a guide to my selling terms and postage costs but if there's anything you're unsure about please don't hesitate to message me - I'll answer as soon as I can, usually the same day.

Minimum order -  ZERO

Packing charge -  All orders under £3.00 will have a 50p packing fee.

Paypal charges - None - Paypal charges are not passed on to you !

Payment - Once I've sent you an invoice I'd be very grateful if you could pay as soon as possible. However if you haven't managed to pay within 7 days then I'll send you a gentle reminder. If you still haven't paid within 14 days then I'll have to cancel the order. I only ever open NPB cases if the buyer does not respond to messages. I must say though i have only ever had to do this and hope i never will have to do it.

Open orders - I'm happy to leave orders open for 7 days. Please tell me in check out note  if you wish to do this

Cancelling an order - in my experience on BL pretty much the only reason i have ever been asked to cancel an order is over postage charges on international orders and i will always honour that request. In Fact if i think the postage is too much i always message the buyer explain the charges and offer to invoice or cancel but this happens mostly with orders to Australia & other places in that part of the world ( UK p&p charges to there are just horrendous!! )Last Updated: 18 Jan 2018
